Arrive Nairobi and transfer to Comfort Inn Hotel/Fairview for overnight
Day 2; Nairobi to Lake Nakuru
Depart Nairobi in the morning for Lake Nakuru via Rift Valley arriving Nakuru in time for lunch, Afternoon game drive at the Pink lake referred so for it’s thousands of Flamingos and other bird-life-it’s a Bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly number of animals, all the “big five” except the elephant can be seen here, Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill camp.
Day 3; Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara;
Morning game viewing at the Pink ,it is rhino sanctuary and a bird watchers paradise, look for warthogs and water bucks as you leave the Park. Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Masai Mara crossing the loita plains, see red clad maasai warriors tend their multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Arrive Mara in time for lunch. Game viewing en route to the lodge for lunch. followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Royal Mara Lodge/Ilkeliani Camp/Mara Leisure Lodge.
Day 4 & 5 Maasai Mara National Reserve,
This is the day your dreams about Masai Mara comes true. Breakfast at lodge and leave with picnic lunches for a full day game drive inside the Park. Search for wild game black manned lion for which Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools of hippo submerge on the approach of vehicles only to surface seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Between meals there is optional visit to the Masai villages for an insight to their culture if clients so wish at an extra cost. Meals and overnight at Royal Mara Lodge/Ilkeliani Camp/Mara Leisure Lodge.
Day 6; Masai mara to Amboseli National park
Morning game drive to savor the beauty of the park, breakfast at lodge and depart for Amboseli with Lunch en route at Nairobi arriving at around 16.30 hours for late afternoon game drive.Dinner and overnight at Kibo safari camp/AA Lodge
Day 7. Amboseli to Lake Manyara Tanzania .
Early morning game drive/breakfast in the morning ,then depart for for Lake Manyara through Namnga border, Afternoon game drive to explore this wonderful park famous for its tree-climbing lions and birdlife. Contrasting with the intimacy of the forest, is the grass floodplain and its expansive views eastward across the alkaline lake, to the jagged blue volcanic peaks that rise from the endless Masai steppes large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra congregate on these grassy plains, as do giraffes. Some so dark in coloration that they appear to be from a distance. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Sopa lodge/Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.
Day 8. Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro.
After breakfast proceed on to Ngorongoro crater to arrive in time for lunch. After the lunch descend to the floor of the crater by use of 4wheel drive vehicle that will take you 2000ft down to the crater. The Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthralls visitors. It borders the Serengeti National Park to the north and west. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge/Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.
Day 9. Ngorongoro to Serengeti.
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge the site of Leakey�s family discovery of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth. The essential features of climate, vegetation and fauna have barely changed in the past million years. Early man himself made an appearance in Olduvai Gorge about two million years ago. Some patterns of life, death, adaptation and migration are as old as the hills themselves. Meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa lodge/Serengeti Serena Lodge.
Day 10. Full day Serengeti.
Full day in Serengeti plains, Search for wild game you might have missed the previous game drive. Morning and after noon game drives. It is the migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back. Meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa lodge/Serena Lodge.
Day 11; Serengeti to Arusha then Zanzibar
After breakfast, depart to Arusha town – Safari Destination; it is a starting point for safaris in the northern circuit arriving in time for lunch. After lunch transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for flight to Zanzibar , met at the airport and transfer to Uroa beach resort/Sandies Mapenzi Beach Resort.
Day 12. & 13 Zanzibar full days.
Full days in Zanzibar enjoying optional beach activities, dinner and overnight at the Uroa beach resort/Sandies Mapenzi Beach Resort.
Day 14. Zanzibar to Nairobi
Morning at leisure, afternoon transfer to the airport for flight to Nairobi, arriving Jomo Kenyatta international airport in good time for your connecting flight home or overnight Nairobi.
